Benni is from Texas, a real southern girl. She is very good with people and will be helping out on all ends of the Tropic Olas spectrum. She'll be surfing, practicing yoga, hanging at the B&B, and rolling with the evening fun.

Ari is originally from Düsseldorf, Germany and has been living and working in Costa Rica for over 15 years. She will be your Host at Casa Colina and your guide for horse back tours. She is A#1 when it comes to making sure everything is...as it should be!!

Josiah Mayo
An avid sailor, musician, and a fisherman by trade. He feels that helping people to discover surfing is one of the most rewarding things he does. He calls Cape Cod Mass. home when he is not enjoying the warm tropical waves of Mal Pais.

Javi is from Buenos Aires, Argentina and has been living and surfing in Costa Rica for more than ten years now. Everyone who has had the privilege of meeting this gentleman would agree that he is truly one of the best people you could ever know. He is always smiling!!

Steven Mills
Steven comes from Hawaii originally and now resides in the continental US in Folly Beach, North Carolina. Steven has a ton of experience with surfing as well as teaching surfing, and is the one to ask if you want to know what a particular bird or tree is called.

Hailing from parts unknown in Germany, TropicOlas scored by making him a part of our team. He brings a long list of credentials filled with all kinds of international teaching and surfing experiences. This guy has been everywhere. And now, he is here with us.
